What vehicles do you use?

We love comfort, space, plenty of leg room and great visibility. Currently we have two Hyundai Imax charter vehicles, 8 seater (room for 7 passengers) and Toyota HiAce, 14 seater (room for 13 passengers).

 

Are your Private Driver Tours only available from Margaret River town (pickup & drop off)?
No. Our small group tours are available from anywhere in the South West WA: Augusta, Redgate, Cowaramup, Metricup, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Busselton, Bunbury, etc.

Transfers from Perth or other regional areas available at an extra cost.

What is the minimum number of people on a Private Driver Tour?
One passenger! Travelling on your own? Come onboard for a Private Tour.

How large are the Private Driver Tours?

We carry a maximum of 7 passengers in our Hyundai Imax and maximum of13 passengers in our Toyota HiAce.

Can I bring my child and/or my dog?

Yes, absolutely!

​

Can we pick the wineries/breweries?

Yes! YOU plan and relax, We suggest and drive.

​

Can we drink alcohol inside the vehicle?

Yes, you can! However we reserve the right to ask you to limit the quantity if you could with a bit of a break.  Wineries/Breweries have the right to refuse us entry as well as to serve alcohol if they feel you are too tipsy!

How do I book a Private Driver Tour?
Either call us, text us or email us with your booking request with dates, number of passengers, pick up details and a contact phone number after which we will confirm with you.

Will the wineries be open?
Apart from Christmas Day and Good Friday most Margaret River wineries are open daily to the general public and many boutique wineries by appointment only. Please feel free to enquire with us.

Do we have to pay for wine tastings?

Since the 1st of July 2020 wine tasting fees apply, redeemable on wine purchase (you can expect to pay between $5 and $20 per person per winery to taste the wines if you don't buy anything).

Do we have to book our wine tastings?

Most wineries (smaller ones) require a booking for groups over 4 guests.

​

Do we have to buy our own lunch?

Lunch is not included but we can definitely recommend a nice venue for you, from casual to fine dining.

​

How do we pay for our tour?
Generally we accept payment in full on the day of the tour unless you prefer to pre-pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard credit cards, Eftpos, Bank Transfer and Cash.

Do we have to pay a deposit?
Payment in full on the day of the tour is OK with us unless you prefer to pre-pay.
We only ask you contact us as soon as you can if you need to cancel the tour.

 

Will we have to pay a cancellation fee?

If you cancel within 72 to 48 hours of the tour, we will likely ask for an admin fee which will be dependent on time spent to plan your day.  We try to avoid charging any such fees. If you cancel with under 48 hours of the tour, then we charge 50% of the tour.
